Unopened Products: Products must be exchanged within five (5) business days from the date of purchase. Exchanges, credits, or a full returns may be authorized if the seal is not broken, the product is not opened, and the product is not apparently damaged. Customers are responsible for shipping and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
