• Note: Certain products may ship with ice packs/dry ice. The option to ship with dry ice is on specific product pages. When handling dry ice, please follow safety instructions, included with your order.
Due to health and safety concerns, we do not accept returns on consumable products. However, if you have questions about a consumable product purchase, please contact us for assistance. We highly recommend ordering samples of products that you have never order before to ensure that our quality meets your standards.
Unopened Products: Products must be exchanged within seven (7) business days from the date of purchase. Exchanges, credits, or a full returns may be authorized if the seal is not broken, the product is not opened, and the product is not apparently damaged. Customers are responsible for shipping cost; unless the product is deemed to be defective.
We sell samples of most products and highly recommend that customers purchase samples before making a larger purchase.
Defective Products: We only accept returns for defective products within seven (7) business days from the date of purchase.
