Making Hawthorn Syrup: Add the dried hawthorn and spring water to a medium pot and bring the mixture to a boil. Turn the heat down to a simmer and cook for 30-45 minutes. Turn off the burner and add a sweetener, such as an agave, and stir until properly dissolved. Take 1-2 tbsps daily.
