Our returns policy is as follows: we do not accept refunds for food-based products or items that have been opened. However, we will accept returns for items that are damaged/defective and unopened, provided that they are in their original packaging and in new condition. Should a product be damaged upon delivery, we ask that customers contact us immediately.
